617 Squadron Dambuster pilot MUNRO signed photo

Each photo measures 5" by 7" with a white border on all sides with the signature handsigned on the specially elongated bottom margin. The photograph is from the 1939-1945 period and has been reproduced and then signed by Squadron Leader Les Munro.

The photograph shows Les Munro standing next to Len chambers who was also a member of the Royal New Zealand Air Force and took part in the Dams Raid as the Wireless Operator on Lancaster 'AJ-P' flown by Mick Martin. The original photograph was taken shortly after the Raid itself and shows them in their flying gear. A lovely shot I believe composed for the photographers and newspapers after the raid.

The photograph has been hand signed by Les Munro in the bottom white margin and he has added his decorations CNZM DSO SQO DFC underneath where he has signed his name.Each photograph has been handsigned and they are all numbered and certified on the reverse. Each photograph is a limited edition of 100.
