Cover bears full set of 1995 Science Fiction Stamps (things to come, The War of the Worlds, The First men in the moon and The Time Machine) which are cancelled on 1st Day of Issue with 4 Squadron BFPS 2469 postmark depicting 4 Squadron's crest. Cover also depicts the Squadron Badge of 4 Squadron and a Harrier which was the aircraft flown by 4 Squadron.

Cover has been flown in Harrier GR7 ZD408 of IV Army Co-operation Squadron on 27th June 1995. During the sortie a Laser Guided Bomb was dropped on a target market by a Jaguar BRIB equipped with a TIALD pod
