MARITIME PATROL / SEARCH & RESCUE
The Maritime Patrol and Search and Rescue (SAR) roles of the RAF are illustrated with the Nimrod MR2, in hemp livery, together with the Seaking HAR3, in its bright yellow SAR colour. All the covers have been flown in a Nimrod MR2 of No 206 Squadron on an anti-submarine warfare mission.

Hand signed by ACM Sir Robert Freer GBE KCB CIMgt FRAeS, a Station Commander RAF Seletar who also had the distinction of being Air Officer Commanding of both No 11 and No 18 Groups, as well as being Commandant of the Royal College of Defence Studies
