JS(CC)100b / JS(BB)20b 60th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain cover with artwork by Tony Theobald depicting the 1939-45 Star Campaign Medal with the Battle of Britain Clasp and with the blazing No 56 Squadron Hurricane of Pilot Officer Geoffrey Page (later Wing Commander DSO OBE DFC*) during an attack on Dornier 17s (Page suffered burns which lead him to become a member of the Guinea Pig Club).
The cover bears 1st class definitive cancelled with Battle of Britain Memorial Tust special postmark and has been flown by the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight.

He was Officer Commanding No 56 Squadron 1961-63 leading the 'Firebirds' Aerobatic Team (nine Lightnings with red tails flying in formation) and was twice Officer Commanding of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight in 1964/5 and 1972-5.
