JS(CC)42c RAF 80th Anniversary - Air Reconnaissance signed ACM Sir Peter Terry

AIR RECONNAISSANCE
A burst of all current recce aircraft appear on this envelope, namely: Jaguar, Tornado, Canberra PR and Nimrod R1. The covers have been flown in a Tornado GR1A of No 2 Squadron and also reflown in a Canberra PR9 of No 39 Squadron.

Hand signed by Air Chief Marshal Sir Peter Terry GCB AFC, who has flown all the aircraft depicted on the cover (including the Swift on the Fiji stamp), retired as Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Europe
