Cover produced to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Womens Land Army. Cover bears full set of Food and Farming 1989 stamps cancelled with BFPS 2195 for the 50th Anniversary. Cover depicts members of the Women's Land army at work.
Cover has been flown in Aerospatiale Tampico from Biggin Hill over the Garden of England where many girls worked during WWII.
