RAF FDC45 1997 St Augustine RAF FDC signed CO 14 Tornado Sqn

Cover bears full set of 1997 St Augustine & St Columba stamps cancelled on 1st Day of Issue with Shoreham CDS depicting 14 Squadron's crest. Cover also depicts the Squadron Badge of 14 Squadron and a Tornado which is the aircraft flown by 14 Squadron.
Cover has been flown in Tornado GR1 ZA470 from RAF Bruggen in Germany on a Hi Lo Hi sortie to the UK for training with TIALD in the Electronic Warfare and Tactics Range at Spadeadam in Cumbria followed by operational low flying in Northumbria before return to base.
