The cover bears complete set of Urban Renewel Stamps issued on the 10 April 1984 cancelled with BFPS 1835 postmark for the 70th Anniversary of the first flight of the Bristol Scout, which was built at the Bristol Factory at Filton. The 28p stamp shows the Bristol Exhibition Centre.
